I'm going on a vacation to Portugal and Spain, and need traveling advice?

I land in Porto, Portugal and want to visit Barcelona (Spain), Lisbon(Portugal), Granada(Spain) and Madrid(Spain), i dont care which order i visit them in. My vacation is 14 days long, what is the cheapest way to travel between these cities, and do you know any websites offering good deals? Thanks :)
