Job interview internal candidate ?

Had a job yesterday in the lab dept of the hospital I work for, I think it went fairly well she stated it would be short due to the fact I applied as an internal candidate I would pretty much know what to expect. I arrived 10 mins early and answered a few questions and was to what the position would in detail she then stated I have the most experience with lab orders as well as reading the doctors hand writing, she then stated if I had any questions I had a few and then was told she had 4 more ppl to interview and she would let me know, she also asked if it would be ok to be contacted on the fl I work on I said that would be fine and gave her my extension number then proceeded to tell me if I have Any questions I could think of give her a call I thanked her for the opportunity and said I hope to here from you what do you think my chances are?
