How do you remove a Tiller handle control on 96 mariner 25HP?
How do you remove a Tiller handle control on 96 mariner 25HP outboard?. It has a inoperational kill switch. Also, are switches a common problem on these things??? there is a white bushing (plastic) coming out of the handle near the metal shaft as well.
