Am i crazy? (drug related question):-/?

Yesterday I was hanging out with this guy and we went to starbucks. I waited outside and he ended up coming out with a chai tea latte for me(which i didnt ask for..) we were in the car driving around and i noticed that my drink tasted funny, and ive been ordering a chai tea latte for like two years it had never tasted like that. I didnt drink alot of it, but i noticed that my mouth started getting numb and i looked at the bottom of the drink and there was yellow powder residue! I asked him what he put in my drink and he said it was probably from the syrup or something and i was like uh no its never been like that...anyways i went to my friends house because i was mad at him and my friend said i was acting loopy and then i got super tired and went to sleep. I got a drug test done at the hospital today and it came back negative:-/ I still have the starbucks cup there is yellow residue on it and i tasted it and it was really bitter and tasted like a crushed up pill. Anyways when the dr called about the results he acted like i was crazy for thinking i had been drugged... i know this guy has some heavey tranqualizers from when he was recently hospitalized and the dr said their drug tests dont test for EVERYTHING. I guess what im asking is was this a very poor attempt to spike my drink or am i crazy?
