Why does my laptop makes this noise?

I have an HP laptop that I bought last November. I ordered it from the HP Website and I have a three-year warranty. It recently started making a tickling noise from where the mouse is located. What do you think is wrong with it? Is my warranty going to cover for this if I call them?
