I appealed an order of protection againts me in Tennessee and it was granted.?

The mail man delievered the letter to me today(yest today, june 10th) that i had a hearing on june 8th. The letter is post dated june third, just enought time to get to me in 7 days. I tried looking up the process to file a letter to the court in TNN about indequate notice and due process violation but cant find it. How do I appeal the decision and get it to the court. They say there is a way to do it but the court in TNN wont tell me, they said get a lawyer. Help please.
