If you bought tickets for a game and the tickets don't show up?

Until minutes before the game starts and, the ballpark is a three hour drive. How can can I get to watch the game. The tickets were bought from a stub hut type third party company with only the section and row seats, and no numbered seat 4 tickets total first base side. I ordered the tickets Friday morning at 12:45 am and, the game is Tuesday at 7:10pm I got Fed Ex 2nd day shipping. Can someone help me figure this out. I am taking my son who suffers from Autism and, it will upset him if he can't see his first Mariners game.
